SALES, COupons, Discounts, promotions

We shop online too and know how great it feels to score a discount or promotion! We also know how rotten it feels when you’ve already bought something and then later see a discount or promotion. It’s even worse if the seller won’t give any concession for having bought at the wrong time. So…it feels fairer to keep prices consistent with no sales or coupons. Your order total will be the same whether you purchase on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or some random day in August.

 

RETURNS: 30 DAY RETURN FOR ANY REASON

You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of receiving it to get a refund of the purchase price minus original shipping costs. (Return packages should be insured and sent with tracking.) Click here for details on how to return an item.

Warranty:  18 month for Quality-Related Issues

We will take care of quality-related issues with a REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, or REFUND (depending on what makes the most sense) including return shipping costs. Please let us know what the issue is and we'll work with you to make it right. (This does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or alteration.) Contact us at support@ChoreoKeeper.com if you have a quality-related issue.

If you ordered a binder, please check its rings right away to make sure they are not sprung. Sometimes the outside of the binder will look fine, but the rings might not close normally because they were crushed in shipping. We have only 60 days from the mailing date to file a shipping claim. We’ll ask you for pictures that show the damage and will typically send you a replacement if it’s within that 60-day timeframe.
