RETURNS: 30-DAY RETURNS

You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of receiving it for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You’re welcome to arrange your own return shipping. We also offer a prepaid return shipping label for a flat $10 fee, deducted from your refund.

Holiday returns: For orders placed November 1 through December 31, the return window is extended through January 31, or 30 days after delivery, whichever is later. Returns must be shipped by the applicable date.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Package the item (in the original package, if possible).

  2. Choose your return shipping method:
    - To arrange your own shipping, send the package to the return address on your original mailing label. We recommend insuring the package and obtaining tracking.
    - To use our prepaid return label, email Support@ChoreoKeeper.com to receive a label for printing. We’ll deduct the $10 label fee from your refund.

  3. Receive your refund. After your return arrives and has been processed, we’ll refund the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs and the prepaid return label fee (if applicable). Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment.
