How quickly do you get packages out?

We get packages out quickly. Despite being a two-person operation, we usually release your packaged order to the shipper by the next day (if order is placed before 8pm Eastern Time). Our USPS packages get picked up Monday - Saturday. All orders ship from Midland, Michigan.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Under normal circumstances, this can take from 2-7 business days based on your location relative to us in Michigan. Ultimately, we depend on USPS or UPS Ground for the actual shipping speed.

MY package is taking a while to arrive!

Although orders get picked up right away, some orders—unfortunately—take a while to arrive.

what is Flat rate shipping?

Flat rate shipping means that no matter how much you purchase, your shipping charge remains the same. Having a nominal shipping price helps us keep product prices reasonable. Orders are shipped by a variety of methods in order to take advantage of the best price with reasonable shipping time. This helps us keep our flat rate shipping charge low. For most packages, we ship USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail). We ship UPS Ground for larger packages.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After placing an order, you’ll receive two emails. The first email confirms your order and is sent right away.

The second email lets you know that the order will be shipped soon. This second email always contains the tracking number. Clicking on that number will give you the shipment’s status. If the package hasn’t been picked up yet, information will be minimal; just check back a little later.


I Never received any emails

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, one of three things may have happened:

  1. Your spam filter may be snagging our emails; this is the first place to check.

  2. There could be a typo in your email address; therefore, our emails aren’t getting to you.

  3. Your order didn’t successfully go through.

WHat if my order arrives damaged?

We’re grateful that most of our packages arrive in good shape. But there have been the rare ones that arrived damaged. If that happens to you, let us know at support@ChoreoKeeper.com as soon as possible; we have only 60 days from the mailing date to file a shipping claim. We’ll ask you for pictures that show the damage and will typically send you a replacement if it’s within that 60-day timeframe.

If you ordered a binder, please check its rings right away to make sure they are not sprung. Sometimes the outside of the binder will look fine, but the rings might not close normally because they were crushed in shipping.


Will you ship to countries other than the united states?

Yes, we will ship to other countries!

First, please read Will This Work with A4-Sized Paper? to ensure this will work for your country’s standard paper size.

Below are the international rates which compare favorably to shipping directly with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. (Shipment times are estimated to be up to 4 weeks.)

“Rest of World” includes 55 countries. If your country doesn’t work in the checkout page, email support@ChoreoKeeper.com with your shipping address. We'll be happy to add your country.

If the package weight goes above 4 pounds, the shipping price increases dramatically. (If you’re testing with different items in your cart and the shipping shows $150+, that’s not necessarily the actual shipping rate; it just means that the cart’s contents are greater than 4 pounds). Here are examples of product combinations that are under 4 pounds:

  • A binder with its included trifolds and 2 additional set of trifolds

  • A binder with its included trifolds and 1 additional set of trifolds and 2 sets of bifolds (no cardstock)

  • A binder with its included trifolds and 4 sets of bifolds (no cardstock)
