ChoreoKeeper is a two-person, husband-and-wife business. Because I handle shipping and order-related communication, you’ll see me use “I” on this page.
How quickly do you get packages out?
I get packages out quickly, sometimes even the same day. Orders are released to the shipper within two business days; when I’m traveling, the exact shipping date will be shown in the announcement bar.
USPS packages are picked up Monday–Saturday; UPS Ground ships Monday–Friday. All orders ship from Midland, Michigan.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
It can take roughly 3-10 business days based on your location relative to me in Michigan. Once an order has been picked up, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After placing an order, you’ll receive two emails. The first email confirms your order and is sent right away.
The second email lets you know that the order will be shipped soon. This second email always contains the tracking number. Clicking that number will show the shipment’s status. If the package hasn’t been picked up yet, information will be minimal; check back a little later.
Didn’t receive an email?
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, one of the following may have happened:
Your spam filter may be catching the emails.
There may be a typo in the email address entered at checkout.
The order didn’t successfully go through.

what is Flat rate shipping?
Flat rate shipping means your shipping cost stays the same regardless of how many items are in your order.
This keeps pricing simple and predictable, especially for customers ordering multiple items. For smaller orders, the shipping charge may represent a larger portion of the total cost; for larger orders, it’s often a better value.
In many cases, the flat rate is comparable to or less than the carrier’s actual shipping cost for small packages.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check the shipping address carefully when placing your order.
If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, I’m happy to reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If you notice an address error shortly after placing your order, email support@ChoreoKeeper.com as soon as possible and I can help if the order hasn’t yet shipped.
WHat if my order arrives damaged?
Most packages arrive in good shape. In the rare event that an order arrives damaged, let me know at support@ChoreoKeeper.com as soon as possible (up to 45 days after delivery). Send pictures of the damaged shipping box and contents. I'll use those to start a shipping damage claim with the carrier.
The contents and packaging may need to be taken to a local post office or UPS location as part of an open claim. I’ll typically send a replacement if made aware of the damage within the timeframe to file a shipping claim.
If you ordered a binder, please check its rings right away to make sure they are not sprung. Sometimes the outside of the binder will look fine, but the rings might not close normally because they were crushed in shipping.
Will you ship to countries other than the united states?
Yes! First, read Will This Work with A4-Sized Paper? to ensure this will work for your country’s standard paper size.
International shipping rates are shown at checkout, with delivery times estimated to be up to four weeks.
Keeping the total package weight below 4 pounds yields the best international shipping rate. If you see a shipping estimate over $150 at checkout, it doesn’t necessarily reflect the actual shipping cost; it usually indicates that the cart’s contents exceed 4 pounds.
