Printable Step Aerobics Combos are like recipes. Following them exactly will produce solid dependable results, but they also allow for tweaks and substitutions with delightful outcomes.

• Download, print, and modify (if desired) to use in class or at home. Using them in online videos is fine too!

• If you are used to different names for some of the moves, use a PDF editor—or a marker with the printed copies—to change them. Feel free to mark up and modify this to suit your naming convention with Step moves.

• Step combos and routines can look very similar to others’ combos/routines; what you’re getting with this is the method of choreography depiction. Any duplication is accidental.
